Hi all, i have this, i will call, poster display neon frame. It is 3' high, 2' wide and 6" deep, with i believe original working neon. There is a slot on the top in the back that a poster or something can be slipped into, and very portable with a handle in the back. It says ORS NEON TUBING on the back, it appears very old, but very ornate with silver leaf coating. I have no idea what its purpose was or what period its from, any info would be helpful.
