Can anyone tell me what this is and how it was used ? It is about 10" x 14", made of metal with marble inserts in the arrows. It has two small light bulbs in each arrow (appears to have been DC power vs. AC).
I am wondering what it was used for and how/where it would have been mounted (see mounting holes in "handle" )
