Yard sale find last weekend :) the one guy has a yard sale all the time but last weekend his neighbor had one too!! I moved in for the kill and I just knew he had something. I asked him if he had any old signs and he said no:( but then he said wait yeah I do they are back here. Woooo Hoooo I got this one standing up near a fence and he had another wooden sign from the 50's with a finger pointing saying apartments for rent but it was rotted :(. The thrill of it was a pure adrenaline rush!! I gave her a good scrub and brought her back from sitting under a tree for 50 years. Happy Hunting my friends!!
